Horrible service dept. Had apt for my new Challenger to get oil change. Dropped off at 8am. Guy said it would be done by 3pm bc I live 90 min away. Well I get there and 545 Had apt for my new Challenger to get oil change. Dropped off at 8am. Guy said it would be done by 3pm bc I live 90 min away. Well I get there and 545 pm bc they close at 6. Well needless to say my car wasn't even started on. I ask for a rental bc lady said if they kept it we would get one. Well guess what. They were out of rentals. There were numerous people there also whose cars hadn't been started on. Very very horrible experience. Went to other Dodge place was done in an hour. More
