The excellent customer service I received there was extremely insightful; questions I didn't even knew I had were answered thoroughly. This was my first time shopping around for a car and to say the least I had no real prior experience to help me find the perfect one. However, the sales representative at Siry Auto helped me narrow down my options and helped me gain some confidence in my search. In fact I was surprised to find out that the sales rep I was working with turned out to be the son of the dealership owner, and it made me estatic to see such a humble and helpful family owned and run business. 10/10 would recommend for their top notch customer service, as well as their fine selection of cars. Experience was fine. Truck was a good deal price and all. Heard lots of bad things about this dealer. Didn't follow and had to find out myself. Experience was good. Kinda pushed things onto you even when you repeatedly said you'll think about it. But I went with the deal. Within half of the month of owning got a check engine light, they were good on their warranty but avoided fixing the main problem tried to do a quick fix. Needed catalytic replaced. But they did a system cleaning instead. So now two months later, same code pops up from the check engine light coming on again. Now I'm screwed out of warranty and have to pay when they should of replaced it to begin with. I was a happy camper in the photo of the purchase date. Now I regret it. UPDATE: two days after the phone arguement, they call and say upper management approved for them to replace my catalytic at no cost since it was a reoccurring issue. Thank goodness. My advice make sure to check vehicle and tell up front and replace it first place. More
