I have bought new and used vehicles and had thousands of dollars or service done here over the years. Talked into buying several oil change for a “good deal “ My experience lately has not been good. Was told it would take about an hour or so. After 2 1/2 hours they still had not even started on it. 3 hours later they finished it. I could see the wait had I just dropped in. But Is scheduled an appointment to get a time. Not happy with the service I received today. Will not be back. More

Twice I have gone in to have an oil change. First time was told there was a 1 1/2 hour wait. Only one car was in the line that I could see. Second time a week later during a time that online said was the was told there was a 1 1/2 hour wait. Only one car was in the line that I could see. This time it was a 2 hour wait with no cars in the bay and the young man I spoke to was very rude asking if I had an appointment.....for an oil change, since when. I would go elsewhere but I purchased the 3 oil change deal and have only used 1. I looked on the web page and it said no appointment was needed. My suggestion is to go elsewhere where your business is appreciated More
