He went the extra mile to stay on top of my car's service. When Detroit sent the wrong part, he seemed genuinely frustrated at not having my car ready. Also kudos to the service technician who realized that the part that Detroit sent was used and not new as was ordered. The technician did not just go ahead and install it anyway which he could have easily done and I would have not known the difference. I also appreciate the work station in the customer lounge. While waiting, I was able to get work done on my computer. More
