They took 2 hours and I had to ask for my car and not only that they didn’t do the oil change and the light for oil change is on and the sticker on the window is still with the old oil change. They rave about how customer service and experience is their top priority but I experienced everything but that. After several months of looking for the right truck I found a good used one here at Larry H their top priority but I experienced everything but that. After several months of looking for the right truck I found a good used one here at Larry H Miller. Called them up and had a salesman check it out for me since I live in Idaho. He said that it all looked good and there were no dents. However, I could clearly see a dent in one of the pictures. That didn’t bother me much, what thoroughly pissed me off was that after making a down payment and telling them that I would be coming down the following week to pick it up; they sold the truck out from under me to someone else! No phone call or anything until I called to make sure everything was good to go. They acknowledged that they had received my deposit for that truck, but all they said was: “sorry, we can refund your deposit” I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the truck that I bought! The only attempt to make it right was to offer me a truck that was across the country in Virginia and that I would have to pay shipping. What kind of customer service and experience is that!? More
