Grant was amazing! 2012 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 SuperCrew low oil pressure light displayed. My truck would suddenly die every time I stopped at a red light. I went to Larry H. Miller in Provo, Utah and met Gran oil pressure light displayed. My truck would suddenly die every time I stopped at a red light. I went to Larry H. Miller in Provo, Utah and met Grant the service coordinator. He immediately looked up my Vin number and discovered I had a Ford recall needing a computer module replacement and he explained to me the most common reasons likely causing my issues. Grant got me an appointment the very next day. I dropped my truck off wondering how I would get to work or home being a single full-time father of two boys and only owning one vehicle. Grant immediately set me up with a vehicle to take home and called me the next day to explain every detail discovered that needed attention on my truck. The mechanics also discovered I needed rear brakes along with a minor coolant leak. I was so impressed with Grant and the mechanics at Larry H Miller that I am writing this review. I never write reviews, but I feel in this situation it is definitely needed. I’m extremely impressed with the entire dealership & my experience. I had my truck back within 24 hours and I received 2 phone calls updating me on the progress. I highly recommend Grant at Larry H Miller Ford dealership and the mechanics.
