New transmission for $100! When I took my 2014 Fiesta in to resolve a "thunk-thunk" problem, I had no idea what I was in for! After repair work on the axle boots, etc., didn't r When I took my 2014 Fiesta in to resolve a "thunk-thunk" problem, I had no idea what I was in for! After repair work on the axle boots, etc., didn't resolve the problem, the ultimate fix was a new transmission. Thanks to a fine warranty purchased when I bought my car, I paid a total of $100. I appreciate the timely calls from Tyson to keep me apprised of the progress. More

Did not get the service I requested I left my vehicle to have an oil change and to have it looked over due to a long distance trip that is upcoming. I also asked that the emergency brake I left my vehicle to have an oil change and to have it looked over due to a long distance trip that is upcoming. I also asked that the emergency brake be adjusted due to it being out of adjustment. Told them that I would be picking it up the next day and received a call 2 and a half hours later saying that the oil change was done and they couldn't do anything with the emergency brake unless I made another appointment at a different time with another tech. Not what I would call customer service!! This is the only place I have ever had any service or oil changes done the whole time I have owned this vehicle and will now be searching for another! More
