Dear J Campbell, we appreciate all feedback. I apologize for your less than satisfactory experience. We have been shorthanded and we should be fully staffed by next week. You should have received a multi-purpose inspection at checkout. We do not offer an automatic vacuum on every vehicle. That is upon customer request. As for Jiffy Lube, I'm not sure what pricing you received but I have recently called the local Jiffy Lube and they are more expensive and don't offer free up front diagnostics, trained Ford technicians, a nice waiting lounge with refreshments and Internet. We aren't perfect but when we do make a mistake we always try to make it right with the customer. We do appreciate your business.
