I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday morning at 8:30 AM and I arranged to do Ford's valet service. Initially, I was told that the valet driver would arrive between 7:15 and 8:00 AM. Then I was to 8:30 AM and I arranged to do Ford's valet service. Initially, I was told that the valet driver would arrive between 7:15 and 8:00 AM. Then I was told that he would show up between 7:30 and 7:50 AM. He didn't show up until a few minutes after 9:00 AM (and my appointment was at 8:30 AM). And he was not in communication with me; I had to keep calling Ford to find out where the driver was. I ended up being two hours late for work that I had to make up later in the week. Also, I was told that Ford would only need one full day to do the recalls for my car - it ended up taking three days. And they made arrangements for Uber to take me to Ford to pick up my car at the end of the third day, but communication with Uber was poor and I would not have made it to Ford before they closed. I was thankful for the work for the free recalls and they also replaced a burnt out headlight for me for free (asking for the headlight replacement was at my request), but I was am/displeased with the valet service, lack of communication, and how long it took for me to get my car fixed. More
They told me my recalls would take a day or two and ended up keeping the car for 2 weeks with no updates. I got the car back and my glove box was scratched up, my drivers side door handle was broken off, my up keeping the car for 2 weeks with no updates. They didn’t connect a sensor which disabled my ABS and I had to bring it back in to be fixed. They told me that they would replace my glove box after pretty much blaming it on me and then never called me back. More
Unclear communication, things were not throughly taken care of and a visit that ended up costing me 275 dollars would have cost me 3k+ if I wouldn’t have advocated for myself. My warranty was ignored, party were not clearly ask for from my warranty which made it seem like it wasn’t going to be covered because they weren’t specific on parts. Even in the end when I was told my deductible would be covered for all the mishaps, I showed up to pay and the price given to me at the dealership was more than what I was sent on the invoice via text. Don’t feel like as a customer my best interest was taken into consideration. Makes me sick to think about all those that have paid hundreds or thousands of dollars to Larry H. Miller when it’s something that should have been covered. More
