I can not say enough good things about my experience at Skyline a few days ago. I say the car I wanted online, I had a price in mind, and I called to see it at the end of the day. Michael Kim took my call and ushered me through the whole process in about 2 hours when I got there.Yes, that is right, 2 hours! Imagine that, the used car dealer was waiting on me while I talked to my bank, my insurance company, etc. I did not wait on them. It was so unexpected becuase the night before I had gone to a big Toyota dealership in Maryland and they tried to raise the price they gave me over the phone, switch cars to one I had not driven and they wasted 4 hours of my time as I tried to buy two different cars (nd that did not include actually buying a car!). Please do not skip this dealership, they are knowledgeable and friendly, they have good cars, and I do not make recommendations lightly. I bought a like-new Honda Accord that wa sbetter than at other dealers and for less. Good luck to you all, and Thank you to Michael Kim in particular. More

I recently purchased a Mercedes from this dealership. Mike Kim was my sales associate. Mike provided excellent customer service and addressed all of my concerns. I did not think the other sales associates were friendly or the people working in the dealership. Mike was very helpful and did not push the sale. I purchased an extended warranty and found that is was fairly priced in the market. So far I have not had any issues with my car and if I do, I expect the same professional resolution from the service team. I purchased a 05 Mercedes Benz from Skyline of Fairfax. It was by far the best auto purchase experience I ever had. My wife and I bought a 2004 Lexus GX 470 from Skyline, Michael Kim was our sales person. Michael treated us incredibly well and it was a pleasure to do business with him. The price we paid was the cheapest I could find anywhere after extensive online research. I was allowed to take the vehicle to my local mechanic for a check and everything was in good shape. We went to wrap-up the sale & unfortunately the system went down (apparently their T-1 internet line was down due to the provider). We were allowed to drive the vehicle the rest of the day & brought it back that evening to close the deal. Paperwork was relatively painless. Michael Kim was a very professional and knowledgeable sales person and I would not hesitate to do business with him again. More

After test driving the G35, I noticed the driver side mirror was cracked and the passenger side rear fender had a slightly different shade of paint. Mike ordered a new side mirror and had the fender repainted to match the rest of the car. I even purchased one of their car protection plans and scheduled my first oil change there. I only did this because of Mike. I plan on purchasing another car in the future and I will be checking with Mike first before shopping anywhere else. More
