We bought a minute ago Take this as a warning- DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO GET SERVICED!! By far the worst customer service we have experienced. We bought a truck from here and it's been nothing but issues. First it took almost 3 months to get the spare key, then last week we had to get towed in because it wouldn't start... 2016 power wagon, 42k miles on it. First we were told it was the starter, then they call back and say that the brakes were completely shot and all 4 need replaced, mind you that we've had the truck for 5 1/2months and only put 2,500 miles on it. They said it was going to be 1600 for brakes, 500 for the starter. After 2 days of arguing with them we find out that the brakes are at 50% and don't need replaced, the starter was completely rusted and should've been replaced before they even put it on the lot. Then because we found another place that will charge us $300 to do the brakes, slimans service people decide to act like children and delay putting the truck back together and when it was finally done the truck is a mess inside/out, grease inside the truck, on the seat, on the doors, inside the handles. The truck has white powder stuff all over it. The service manager Mark was rude & very defensive, Travis the secretary/cashier should not be talking to customers on the phone especially if he doesn't know what is wrong with the vehicle. Very unprofessional how they treated us and they also talked badly about the other business that will be doing our brakes, Kitchens in vermilion. The service manager at slimans talked badly about them in front of other customers because we decided to have them fix the truck. We will never purchase another vehicle here again. Completely disgusted with the service, how we were treated and the condition our vehicle was in when we got it back. More

Name says it all! Best Stealership around! They'll take more money than they quoted and not do the work. Courtesy check is free cause they don't do it. Car could have s Best Stealership around! Won't stand by their word or do anything to help a customer. Service took over a week for simple computer scan/flash and new key. Parts pricing is even over corporate MSRP so you know it's good. Called to see if they would make things right and only got the run around with no straight answer upfront. I'll never go back and never recommend anyone to. More

They didn't do it but just came on...come on. Shady service. They would offer to pay for 1/2.....why would they not fix it totally since it wasnt broken prior the them working on it..... Go somewhere else if you can. I would recommned North Olmsted Dodge to anyone from no on. More

The Best Service I've Ever Received Leasing a New Car I inquired online about a blacked-out Jeep Cherokee ... from online to in-person, Ross and the Sliman's staff impressed us ... making new believers ou I inquired online about a blacked-out Jeep Cherokee ... from online to in-person, Ross and the Sliman's staff impressed us ... making new believers out of me and my wife. I've been looking for the right Jeep for years now. I knew exactly what I was looking for. I found the right Jeep at Sliman's and inquired online. Ross gave me a call the very next morning and invited me for a test drive. I was impressed as soon as he said, "I'll have the Jeep sitting out front waiting for us to test drive together!" Sure enough, that's what happend. Ross even had it warmed up since it was cold out!! Needless to say ... I feel in love and Ross and the finance department worked their behinds off fighting to help make the deal work for us and for them. They all even stayed after hours to try to make it work?!?! Who does that now-a-days?! I could write a ton ... but I'll leave it at this ... If you are looking for incredible, professional yet genuine service ...
