Extrememly Satisfied I recently purchased a vehicle from Smail and this week was my first experience with service. To say I am impressed is an understatement - the ability to schedule online is so convenient; my car was serviced promptly; Troy and RJ kept me up to date on the service; and, when the car was done, everything was explained clearly and check out was simple. The waiting area is very customer friendly with everything from a business center to a play room and a shuttle to a local mall. I made the decision to purchase from Smail - which is a 40 minute drive from my home because the local dealership (2 minutes from my home) did not provide an appropriate level of service - purchasing a vehicle takes just a few hours but service is ongoing for years so, in my mind, the service department is critical...I am so happy with my decision to purchase from Smail - friendly, professional. competent and customer focused.
