it was a pleasure doing business with Smail. They did not pressure us like most dealerships. i would likly do business with them in the future. although i had my SRX in the shop already only having the Cadil pressure us like most dealerships. i would likly do business with them in the future. although i had my SRX in the shop already only having the Cadillac for 5 days because the tune button on the radio does not push in. when i stop in to the dealership i was treated quickly. the shop had to take my dash apart to get a part number for the new tune button. wasn't expecting to have this problem with a brand new vehicle. Having seen the quality of service received for my Cadillac CTS, I now have Smail service my 1999 Chevy Blazer as well. On a recent service appointment, the mechanic (Paul), took the time to explain Cadillac CTS, I now have Smail service my 1999 Chevy Blazer as well. On a recent service appointment, the mechanic (Paul), took the time to explain the needed repairs for my vehicle to pass state inspection. This has always been the "NORM" for Smail service and not out of the ordinary. I was also advised of other areas of future maintenance concern. This is terrific as I can not only "watch" these areas as I continue to drive the vehicle, but also be prepared financially when the repair is needed. The entire Smail team, from sales to service to office staff, is most accomodating, polite, and always places the customer needs first. We had our Yukon XL in for Service on an extended warranty that was purchased through another dealer. Smail's staff was excellent to deal with and worked with our warranty, etc.. without hassle.
