The Smail dealership really worked hard to make it right. While they fixed the mark found on the door, the entire dealership worked very hard to give me an up to the date status of when I would have my car. In particular, Bill Campana stands out as a salesmen that can be trusted and understands the value of serving the customer. In negotiating a deal, he gets right to the point with an understanding of the buyer's position. He fully understands the products he sells as well as the value add for small details. My family has purchased three vehicles from Bill in the past year. Service Advisor Troy Zatezalo is also a stand out in his position. He is always able to schedule service for my vehicles at a time that is convenient for me and his dollar and time for completion estimates are very accurate. He also has the knowledge and understanding to advise me of other potential issues or concerns when we discuss any electrical or mechanical problems affecting my vehicles.
