I have already recommended this dealership to everyone I have talked with about my new truck. I had just about given up on getting a new Ford F-150 before the 2014 models come out. Either they didn't have have talked with about my new truck. I had just about given up on getting a new Ford F-150 before the 2014 models come out. Either they didn't have what I wanted or I couldn't make the deal I wanted. I called Bill on a Friday afternoon because I found the truck I wanted. Alas, it had been sold, but Bill had another truck that would work for me. I drove over an hour in heavy traffic and got there a little after 4:30pm. The dealership closed at 5:00pm, but Bill and Nick stayed and finished the paperwork. I came back on Saturday morning with my neighbor to pick up the truck. Bill showed me the basics to get me home without reading the 80 page manual, and even touched up the detail job on the window casings for me. I have been buying vehicles since 1970 (yes, I'm an old lady) and this is the best experience I have had with a dealership. It is worth the drive to Bud Smail Ford. The dealership and its people make the difference, and Bill Cline and Nick Breault are the best. They are pros, and they get it done right the first time. Thank you, Bill and Nick. More
