He and the dealership found me the truck I wanted, regarding the features and color, and brought it in versus trying to sale me a truck they had on the lot. He listened to the reasons for the purchase and was patient with me through the week long buying process. The truck was purchased with certain features that I required to be used as a work vehicle. Brian also help me with set-up the sync of my business phone contacts and review all the features of the technology within the F-150. I couldn't be more please with my experience at Smail Ford and working with Brian! Nate walked me the the financial closing side of this purchase. He was professional, not pressuring, and quick.
