I had a wonderful experience at Bud Smails this past week. We were were looking for a resonably priced car and could'nt have picked a better one than the 2011 Ford Focus that we purchased. Steve Miller our saled consultant was just wonderful!!! Very easy to deal with...not pushy...very on the ball with everything. Honestly this was one of my most pleasurable experiences in buying a new car. Nick in finances was a pleasure to talk to and new all that he was talking about. Unlike years ago we were in and out of there in a short amount of time. Very pleased and would recommend the car and the service given. More
I met Steve Miller at Smail Mazda looking for a new SUV AWD. He was very friendly and courteous explaining all the new features 2011 Mazda CX-7 with 2.3 turbo engine. I was somewhat leary looking at a foriegn vehicle, but was quite surprised with what the CX-7 had to offer. Since I was pressed for time, we did most of the negotiations via e-mail. I was quite impressed that there was no "strong arm" pressure sales tactics, especially since that would have immediately made me walk away. All of Smail's team, treated me in a professional manner and also made it the most streamlined purchase of a vehicle I've ever had. He had taken me on a tour of the service department and also was very thorough going over the vehicle before I left the lot. I look forward to seeing how the new 4-cyl. turbo performs as our new family SUV. I will certainly recommend Smail Mazda and would definately use them when looking for my next vehicle. This was our first purchase from Bud Smail Ford Lincoln Mercury, and it was our best experience at a car dealership. We went to Bud Smail after researching its vehicle inventory on the internet. The website was easy to use and turned out to be extremely accurate. Upon arrival, the salesman, Steve, immediately assessed our needs and showed us the vehicles we were interested in. He gave us a detailed and thoughtful presentation about the vehicle we wanted to purchase. When our purchase was complete, he made sure he reviewed the interior features of the vehicle and set-up the Sync feature. Even though closing time had passed, he was more than willing to answer any questions we had. One of the best parts of this car buying experience for us was seeing several financing options presented to us in an easy-to-read chart format. We could readily make our decision about financing because the choices were listed clearly. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at Bud Smail and will return again for another purchase. We recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape from Steve Miller at Smail Ford. We had already received a quote from a competitive dealer, and came to Steve with this deal. Steve was very friendly and willing to work with us to obtain a better deal. He was able to get us more money for our trade-in and find additional incentives to lower the price of the vehicle. The only reason I rated my overall experience a 4 (Good) other than a 5 (Great) was because when we picked up the car, the center console was sticking and the Sync system was malfunctioning. Two things that should definitely not happen to a brand new vehicle. Having to set up a service appointment on the first day we had the car was an inconvenience. Having said that, the service personnel were accommodating and friendly. However, we were told any time we brought the vehicle in for service, it would be washed. When I picked up the vehicle, it was not washed. This was the only other thing that made us lower our overall rating to 4. More

He handled the paperwork competently and efficiently, and, when I left in my new Explorer, I was satisfied that all the t's had been cross vehicle. The price was comparable to other places I had requested prices from so I only checked "OK" for that item. More
All I can say was that is was a hassle free experience. Michael Mcneal and the manager Kevin Cook took the time to find the car we wanted and was more than fair on price. I traded in my Honda Pilot for a 2011 Ford Escape. I began my inquiry with a phone call. Jason was very polite and informative yet he was not a pushy saleman-type person. That gave me the incentive to come in and discuss the possibility since I didn't feel I was being "talked into it." My 2 yr old son wasn't feeling well so my wife stayed home. Jason Reid was very patient and helpful with my wife and I coordinating with cell phones and text messages. He showed us a way to apply for credit on their website so I didn't have to go home and come back another day. It was hassle free, I didnt feel like I was being pushed into something like I have in other experiences at other dealerships. I felt like he was a genuine family man much like myself and wanted to help me and my family. I got what I believe to be a good price and very friendly customer service from everyone we came in contact with. I will recommend Jason Reid to any friend or family member that is looking to buy a car. When we completed paperwork upon delivery of the car, we couldn't find a babysitter so we brought my 2 year old with us. Every employee we saw stopped and talked to him. There was a nice area for kids where he could play and eat a snack. I could tell that the staff gets a long well as a team and help each other. It made my experience better and I appreciate the extra efforts from everyone involved. For all of these reasons I rated Jason and the dealership 5's (Great). I would take my mom there to buy a car. I can give no higher praise than that. More
