Doors wouldnt open,close, or lock in cold weather. Dropped my vehicle off the night before my appointment. Was there all day and got a call it was finished 2 hrs. before the dealership closed. Picked up my vehicle and drove home. everything was fine. The very next morning went to get in my vehicle and the doors where all good opened right up. Went to close my door and was still froze the door wouldn't shut! Thought they fixed it but obviously was wrong! Nothing but bad experiences with this service department since owning this vehicle. Everyone is very nice but the work doesn't get done the way its suppose to! If you take a vehicle somewhere you expect it to get fixed not go home with it still broke! Its like they are hurrying or don't have enough staff to do a good job or do the job that's performed correctly! The only reason that I'm still going here, this is where I purchased a $54,000 truck! More

My ford explorer went in to be inspected. I made it clear that I didn’t want anything but the inspection and emission to be completed. Upon picking up, I was told an oil change was completed on my veh clear that I didn’t want anything but the inspection and emission to be completed. Upon picking up, I was told an oil change was completed on my vehicle. They said it was requested at the time the appointment was scheduled. That is incorrect. I was not charged for it and the salesman was very accommodating, but it I wish better attention was paid at the time of scheduling as I specifically requested that NO other services should be performed. Frustrating! More

I had one request, Do not put one mile on my car!! In the past your service department drove my car 75 miles!! That being said you didn’t put one mile on my car you drove it 5 miles, I just wanted the oil ch past your service department drove my car 75 miles!! That being said you didn’t put one mile on my car you drove it 5 miles, I just wanted the oil changed and state inspection not for you to joy ride MY Mustang GT and the answer is NO not one person tried or even offered to replace the 3/4’s tank of gas. I would rather pay for the inspection at another dealership than have you joy ride the gas out of my car for your “free inspection”. I have never had a good experience with your service department, you should change the name to we will stick it to ya and don’t give a xxxx department. The customer is always wrong at your dealership, the only thing that’s right at your dealership is the name Smail because you people STINK!!! More
