Since purchasing my 2022 KIA Soul, I have driven it to and lived in three different states. Smail KIA of Greensburg, PA has by far been the best KIA service experience I have had. I came in for an oil change and was sent a progress report video of my vehicle while seated in their waiting area. SoCal, where I bought my car, doesn’t even do that. I also returned at a later date for a recall inspection, which Smail was completely transparent about. A prior dealership in Idaho only mentioned recalls if I did first. Their customer shuttle driver, Ed, even drove me across the street to Dunkin while I waited. We discussed my favorite past time of popular court cases while enroute to a maple glazed donut. So thank you Smail KIA, I’m not buying my next vehicle from anywhere else again. More
