I had a great experience purchasing my first Kia with salesman, Chris Holnaider! I was SUV shopping online late Friday evening. I received an email inviting me to stop in to discuss a Seltos that I was i salesman, Chris Holnaider! I was SUV shopping online late Friday evening. I received an email inviting me to stop in to discuss a Seltos that I was interested in. Chris called me Saturday morning and we set up a time for me to stop by. I told him I was interested in a few on the lot. He pulled up in one of the Seltos' when I arrived and was ready for us to take a test drive. When we returned to the dealership, he made all the right deals to make a sale. Chris went above and beyond to welcome us to the dealership. He offered us snacks and drinks and showed us around the lot and the service department, and set up our phones on Kia Access. Before we left, Chris went over all of the features and details of my new Seltos. Rick in finance was wonderful to work with as well. He explained the warranty and all the documents that had to be signed. Thank you Chris and Rick! My daughter and I are happy we came to Smail Kia. We will be back when it needs serviced. More
