A few weeks ago while driving home I thought I had hit something, and found out a couple days later that it was my piston that busted and went through my engine block, and starter. The service department told me that It's not covered under the 10yr/100k mi warranty because I'm not the original owner. I was told there was a bad spot in the barring. I am aware that my car has the 2.0 liter engine that several other models have had problems with that is under the class action lawsuit, and also with some help I was able to look up my VIN and see that either, my car had an engine replacement prior to me buying it, or someone used my VIN to cover up another car. I have purchased 3 cars through Smail Kia, and have had 3 others purchase cars through them because they have always taken care of me. 10yrs/100k miles should be covered no matter who owns it. Since Smail has been unwilling to help out a loyal customer I will not be purchasing another car through them, and I will also make sure that others looking for a car are aware of lack of customer service to loyal customers, More

Best Salesman I ever worked with I originally was going to buy a Mazda but had a Kia Sorento as a loaner and really liked it. I called Rob about one of the Sorentos on the website an I originally was going to buy a Mazda but had a Kia Sorento as a loaner and really liked it. I called Rob about one of the Sorentos on the website and told him I was undecided between the two vehicles. He was not pushy, very sincere and informative on the make and model of vehicle. A month later I mentioned to Rob that the interior light was not turning off, and he asked me to drop by service. I met with Mike Ponterio on New Years Eve Day and he took time from his desk to come out to my car with me (without an appointment) and see if he could find the problem. Although he couldn't find a quick solution, he did give me a few suggestions as to what could be causing the problem and we made an appointment for the following week. Very professional service from both gentlemen. More

Entered service area and it was definitely busy got attention from a check-in specialist fairly quickly (2-3minutes). Got through list of service needs and shuttle was available immediately. I was told it should be done by 3-4 that day. So I did expect a call. I was told they called, must have been someone else because it wasn’t me. The shuttle service was not available but I was told there would be someone at my home by 8am the next morning or I’d get a call. Well neither happened. I dialed service department from 8:02am until 8:25 and could not reach anyone. This was pretty frustrating. I kept getting pushed to voicemail. I finally reached a representative at 8:27 and requested the shuttle. Shuttle arrived in about 15 minutes, had no issues with picking up vehicle. The service representative called me at 2:41pm asking me if I had gotten my car yet, kinda strange. I have a Mercedes as well and get it serviced at Smail. In comparing the two experiences I would certainly say there is a difference. Shouldn’t one expect the same? Overall, experience was good just a step below that which I receive with their Mercedes service team. More
