I took my car in for a noise in the front was charged for them to look at it even though they did the repair or struts last time it was in. I also requested an oil change and when I got the vehicle back it d them to look at it even though they did the repair or struts last time it was in. I also requested an oil change and when I got the vehicle back it did not have an updated sticker on the window. I then took the car to another shop to have a 2nd opinion and asked them to check the oil and they stated it was not changed. I called and left a message for the service manager Dave who had Keith return my call and stated he was there when they changed the oil and that it was policy to be charged to check out the vehicle. Hmm in 5-6 years I have taken my car there I was never charged to determine a problem. I would be very wary and double check and repairs on the work you have then do. I for one will not be returning since they wouldn't even give me a refund or admit they could have been wrong More
