I am very upset that i paid 18,000 dollars for a used car and it only came with one key and they say its not their "responsibility" to get one made. This is the only dealership that i know that you pay 18,000 for a new car and it does not come with two keys and they expect me to pay $200 dollars for a new one. plus i bring the car home and its leaking oil and you call the dealership back and they say "yeah, yeah let me get you an appointment and ill call you right back." well never got a call back and called two times after and no answer. thats just pathetic how you run your so called "company"

Thank you for your message. We bought a Toyota Sienna (2007) from the Monroeville Dodge (3/16). We got a 3,500 trade (Kia) and reduction from bottom sticker price (of the Toyota). I am not sure what was going on at your dealership, but it was not in the best interest of my family. I believe that it is called GREED! Thank you for your time, Leeanne Chishko
