I was out of there in no time. Mark Espinoza is an Excellent Employee with much like supervisor manager skills. Very surprising pleasant The young man who helped me was so nice, pleasant and through. My car reeked of gasoline smell so it was necessary to have it towed from Rancho Mirag The young man who helped me was so nice, pleasant and through. My car reeked of gasoline smell so it was necessary to have it towed from Rancho Mirage, Ca to Riverside over 70 miles away as that is the closest dealer. He called me when it arrived at the service department. After looking over the car, they decided that it was the fuel pump and the estimated cost would be $800.00. With 70,000 miles on the car, it was no longer under warranty. But Mark called in the morning to tell me that he checked the warrantly anyway and my car was still covered so the charge was zero. When we came to pick the car up, my fiance, a surgeon, tried to give Mark twenty dollars for helping me but Mark refused the tip. I would defineatly use the dealership again, perhaps on my next car as my fiance hates my Smart Car. More

Tony Hajj is in the right profession for him. He didn't blink an eye about helping a same-sex couple explore vehicle possibilities. I had done a lot of research on subcompacts and had narrowed my search to the smart with a backup plan of the Prius C. Tony listened to me and found the exact vehicle I had decided I wanted. It was at another dealership, but he was willing to transport it to Riverside for me. Once we had identified that vehicle, he gave me other options on smart cars and I ended up with an excellent vehicle with all but one of my specifications for about $7000 less than I would have paid for my perfect smart car. The one option lacking was cruise control, but Tony referred me to Smart Madness, which can install a specific smart cruise control. That reduces my savings to about $6500. I'm a happy customer. I love my smart car. Tony is friendly, respectful, informative, problem-solving, and respectful. What more could I want? I would recommend anyone to Tony Hajj at smart center of Riverside. More
