Smedley’s repairs were temporary. The SUV is failing again after less than a week out of the shop. If Smedley’s can really fix the problem without charging several hundreds of dollars The SUV is failing again after less than a week out of the shop. From what I can tell after just a couple days, the repairs were completed satisfactorily. The only issue I have is I asked the Service Consultant twice to fill the tires with air as they were low [whe repairs were completed satisfactorily. The only issue I have is I asked the Service Consultant twice to fill the tires with air as they were low [when I brought it in for oil change and tire rotation as well as when I brought it back for the warranty repair work because it was not done when I brought it in for the oil change/tire rotation] and it still wasn’t done after the second time it was brought in. This should have been a standard practice when doing oil change / tire rotation. All other service providers do this as standard practice, but even after asking twice at Smedley’s it was not done.
