Prompt service. This was a tire rotation, oil change and 24 point inspection. When I got home I discovered one of the tires was not inflated to specifications. I liked the fact that they held the car for 7 days while I had to wait on Chase Bank and American Express to get on the same page and get my cash transferred so I could pay cash for the car. The work is sub-par. The paint color is a couple shades off, definitely too cool. There are two major drips. The panel wasn’t deburred before painting, so the edges are rough and some of the clearcoat has already chipped off. There’s a chunk out of the plastic cover under the bumper. There’s a chip in the edge of a neighboring fender that wasn’t there before. Whoever did the final alignment did a masterful job though. We need some work done on my husband’s S80, and it will absolutely not be going to Smedley’s. We will also make sure to steer anyone else away from going to Smedley’s. More
