Professional, efficient and superficially friendly. I expected to be shown the repair by a representative who was interested in whether I was satisfied. Instead I was walked to the cashier, paid my bil I expected to be shown the repair by a representative who was interested in whether I was satisfied. Instead I was walked to the cashier, paid my bill and was left to find my way out on my own. Yeah, just turn right. It left me with a wham bam feeling. The repair was well done. Maybe it's all become a bit routine for the cs folks. More
