The work is sub-par. The paint color is a couple shades off, definitely too cool. There are two major drips. The panel wasn’t deburred before painting, so the edges are rough and some of the clearcoat has already chipped off. There’s a chunk out of the plastic cover under the bumper. There’s a chip in the edge of a neighboring fender that wasn’t there before. Whoever did the final alignment did a masterful job though. We need some work done on my husband’s S80, and it will absolutely not be going to Smedley’s. We will also make sure to steer anyone else away from going to Smedley’s. More
Took our car in due to a vibration in front driver wheel. The where two lights on that due to the vibration and the check engine light was one. When I spoke to Zack he said the two lights went together but The where two lights on that due to the vibration and the check engine light was one. When I spoke to Zack he said the two lights went together but there would be a charge for the check engine light as well. I asked how much for each. He said $100. I was charged $300 instead of $200 since I originally said the vibration. Zack said it was a separate issue. It is not a separate issue but he would not listen. So I paid the $300 and took my business elsewhere. I will not return to this dealer for any work needing done on any car. More
