I took my van in on Friday morning and did not receive a call the entire day, called to check on vehicle and no one acted like they knew anything about the van. Again I did not hear anything from the dealer. At around 3:00 I stopped by to see if it was finished again it seemed that no one was clear about the status, I was told the manager would call on the next day, which he did call and told me it would be ready by 5:30.
