Lack of friendliness from staff. I asked for a cost for a particular repair and felt that the service writer wasn't interested in doing the repair and so I really didn't receive the I asked for a cost for a particular repair and felt that the service writer wasn't interested in doing the repair and so I really didn't receive the customer service I should have. The periodic service was completed but not cost for the additional repair. Plus I had to bring the car back to have the mechanic iluse the tool to find each tire location. This lack of good customer service would prevent me from buying another car at Smedley Chevrolet. More
