Service Department I called Juan to schedule the service for my 2015 Chevy Malibu. I asked for a price for the 100,000 mile maintenance and for also installing new brak I called Juan to schedule the service for my 2015 Chevy Malibu. I asked for a price for the 100,000 mile maintenance and for also installing new brakes. I called in about two weeks later to schedule an appointment. I want ahead and seen Juan. Assuming, that he remembered everything we spoke about on the phone, I want to head and left without any worries. When I went to pick up my car everything was done except for the brakes. He told me that the brakes would be needed to change soon. I asked him why he did not install them, I thought that was on included in the price. I wasn’t upset with the service department, I was more upset with myself for assuming. But Juan Took very good care of us, gave us a loaner car and also gave us a battery with no charge. It was greatly appreciated. And I would like a tell a service department to keep on doing the exceptional work They do. More
