Smith Family Motors

I've purchased a 2005 Porsche 997 from Smith Family motors (07/31/2008) with a $ 3000 deposit and paid the balance off on the 08/05/2008.I've organized the transportation from their dealership to Miami motors (07/31/2008) with a $ 3000 deposit and paid the balance off on the 08/05/2008.I've organized the transportation from their dealership to Miami and since i've bought the car i don't have the title !!!* They told me the car was a consignment after i wired the money and the title wasn't in their hand. How long do you think it would take to get a title from the bank 5-10 business days if you pay the bank of course !!! guess what ? I'm still waiting !!! After many phone calls trying to find out what's going on ,i had the feeling they were playing with my money ,they told me they send a check to the bank on the 08/14/2008 by mail!!! no kidding how long is it going to take to get there and be cleared by the bank ?* *When i wired the money to them it took 1 Hour !!! for them to get it . I know by law you have a certain amount of time to pay off the bank ,but if you want to provide a good service you pay it off *the next day !!!* Oh i know why don't we play with that money we have 14 days to pay the bank and maybe more if we mail the check !!! thank you Smith family Motors very smart.
