Sales representative was good, but their service department is not. Had a transmission issue with my brand new Sentra. I had to go to their service department twice and the issue hasn’t been resolve department is not. Had a transmission issue with my brand new Sentra. I was told the repair will take an entire day and the service representative didn’t even offer a courtesy car making the comment that he doesn’t make the cars. I had to demand the dealer to provide a courtesy car once their part is back in stock while waiting for the repair to be completed. Terrible customer service in my opinion. If I could give less than one star, I would. I signed paperwork to purchase a brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue and when I came to pick up the car they tried to give me the demo model. While I finally agreed to take the demo model because they took more money off of the price, they handed over the car with makeup stains all over the back seat. Stay away from this dealership!
