Sales representative was good, but their service department is not. Had a transmission issue with my brand new Sentra. I had to go to their service department twice and the issue hasn’t been resolve department is not. Had a transmission issue with my brand new Sentra. I had to go to their service department twice and the issue hasn’t been resolved. They said they are waiting for a part that is on back order. I was told the repair will take an entire day and the service representative didn’t even offer a courtesy car making the comment that he doesn’t make the cars. I had to demand the dealer to provide a courtesy car once their part is back in stock while waiting for the repair to be completed. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Last car I’ll ever purchase from this dealership. More

If I could give less than one star, I would. I signed paperwork to purchase a brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue and when I came to pick up the car they tried to give me the demo model. While I finally I signed paperwork to purchase a brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue and when I came to pick up the car they tried to give me the demo model. While I finally agreed to take the demo model because they took more money off of the price, they handed over the car with makeup stains all over the back seat. Stay away from this dealership! They are dishonest to say the least! More
Been going to Smithtown Nissan for almost 20 years. Including the new building now with some familiar faces from the old one. I have 3 Nissan’s right now. I have leased and purchased all these years and never had an issue. Just regular servicing as I brought my 23 pathfinder in today for an oil change and tire rotation. I always get the service rep Andy. He’s been there for years and he is fantastic. Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. No up charges here. Service is always great and on time. Great sales department also! Come down to the best Nissan sales and service department to get the best deal! More
Started as a good experience but ended as all the others. All good & agreeable on numbers until you go upstairs. Suggest you ask about taxes & all fees when discussing out of pocket & money down. Smoothest dealer experience I’ve ever encountered. I was going through some tough times. The lease on my ram was running out and could no longer afford to buy it out as planned. I needed to find something to secure a vehicle to drive. Credit was currently poor and was expecting to be disappointed honestly. Their whole team was amazing and went above and beyond and found me a deal that worked for a better car than I originally looked at. I’ve never had a Nissan before so I didn’t know much about them but again the team was excellent in bringing me up to speed with everything and I’m now a fan ! More
In a few words huge waste of my time. Drove 3 hours after speaking to a representative 3 times about a specific vehicle on the website. I specifically called and asked to make sure it was available and nope. If your not local and it’s not a brand new car make sure car is really available. More
