Tom is excellent in Maintenance. He is very reliable, personnel and professional. Always looks out for the customer. I have purchased 5 VWs to date.

Accidents happen. My car was in for service and my instrument cluster was damaged during the repair. It was just an inconvenience to have to go back, twice because it wasn't repaired correctly. I totally understand, I've been doing this for 30 years (ASE Certified) and I've broken my share of stuff over this time. Danielle handled it just fine considering the position she was put in.
