Terrible experience. I brought my car in specifically to confirm my warranty coverage before scheduling service. The dealership checked their system, called for approval, and walked me through setting up the appointment. After I dropped the car off, they suddenly claimed I wasn’t covered and tried to sell me to fix it on a warranty that I already have. I called the warranty company myself and confirmed that I am covered, but Steve refused to acknowledge it. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. They’ve lost my business, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to avoid this dealership. More
