Service Department is horrible. They don’t contact you about anything to do with your vehicle and just hold onto it for days longer than originally agreed upon for very basic repair They don’t contact you about anything to do with your vehicle and just hold onto it for days longer than originally agreed upon for very basic repairs. Whoever the manager in that department is should be fired immediately. Then to top it off when you call to ask questions they have some nasty attitude about their screw ups. NEVER and I repeat NEVER do business with these jokes. I thought it was bad before the owner change but they’ve found multiple ways to make it worse. Don’t waste your time just go to a bigger dealership that might actually know what they are doing or that holds their employees accountable. More

Very poor communication about the work needed to be done on my car. The recall wasn’t done because they wanted me to pay an additional $800 to fix something else. They decided on their own to not do the rec on my car. The recall wasn’t done because they wanted me to pay an additional $800 to fix something else. They decided on their own to not do the recall but also didn’t tell me until I called at almost 4pm wondering when my car was going to be done. The prices have spiked outrageously since I was there last and the customer service hasn’t improved. This place is a rip off. More
