Getting service to follow up with me for new tires was a feat in itself. I finally was able to get a schedule and confirm an appointment for tires a week later. The new program of picking up my vehicle and feat in itself. I finally was able to get a schedule and confirm an appointment for tires a week later. The new program of picking up my vehicle and delivering it back to me was the game changer. Dave Walley is kind, professional and gets back with the customer quickly. I knew my car was in good hands. I do hope this new owner gets the turnaround time for service response and action fixed. This area of customer service was frustrating since the change in ownership/management.
