Service department beware! Took my truck in to replace shackle bushings. They said they could not repair but found other bushings bad and charged $89 diagnostic fee. I was going to have them repair for a shackle bushings. They said they could not repair but found other bushings bad and charged $89 diagnostic fee. I was going to have them repair for a total of $600 until I was charged the diagnostic fee. More

Poor customer service. Had an appointment Tues. evening 7/25/2017 to leave my 4 week old car to have back door repaired Wed .morning at their request. Took off early to get Had an appointment Tues. evening 7/25/2017 to leave my 4 week old car to have back door repaired Wed .morning at their request. Took off early to get there by 6:00 pm. The gentleman at the service dept. said I would have a curtesy car there since it had to be left over night. When making the appointment we were assured there would be a car waiting. It was not. All that was said was I had to reschedule. No apology. I can only give this dept a-0 rating in service. I can't say enough about Glen Muir who sold us the car. He was excellent. More
