Over the years I have gotten to know the service managers and trust them to make sure my car is looked at very thoroughly and to only recommend things that I truly need to have done. This was my first service appointment for my XC60 and it went like clockwork. Doug arranged for a nice loaner car and even accommodated my preference of cars. (It's nice to try something you don't drive all the time!) Service was included in my maintenance package. Doug recommended a tire rotation. Car was ready on time and washed. More

Helping Me Out By Finding a Reasonably Priced Solution I needed to have a broken window replaced on my 2006 Volvo XC70. The Dealer's Service Dept. gave me a price for a new window that was more than I wan I needed to have a broken window replaced on my 2006 Volvo XC70. The Dealer's Service Dept. gave me a price for a new window that was more than I wanted to spend. I explained the situation to Nick. He was sympathetic and responsive. Nick found a source for a used window and gave me a very good bundled price (for the window and the installation) that saved me around $250. The window looks great, and the quality of the installation was first rate. I really appreciate the effort that Nick went through to help me out, and the high quality of the repair work that was done. More

I should also say my car is a 2002 wagon and Smythe keeps it running great! They also washed the car, so it also looked terrific after the service! More
