Went in for an oil change, and to have a rear taillight repaired. Finished my truck about an hour later. I paid, and got my keys. I noticed my oil filter was not changed, and vehicle was not lubricated. repaired. Finished my truck about an hour later. I paid, and got my keys. I noticed my oil filter was not changed, and vehicle was not lubricated. I paid for a complete service, and only got just a fluid (no filter change). Now I have to wonder about previous oil changes, and my other vehicle. I have a 2012 dodge Ram as well. I will not be returning! More

My keyfab was damaged stopped working so I couldn’t start van or put in gear. I had to have it towed to dealer pay $270 to fix & had to leave it overnight. I would prefer a regular key 🔑 but I got a deal on van or put in gear. I had to have it towed to dealer pay $270 to fix & had to leave it overnight. Dealership charged $94 for synthetic oil changed while other Chrysler dealerships in the area where as low as $59 for the same synthetic oil.
