I hate to say I had THE WORST first car buying experience here. I originally called about getting myself a Jeep renegade that was used. I got an email from a sales man Mohammad. I drove up to look at the car here. I originally called about getting myself a Jeep renegade that was used. I got an email from a sales man Mohammad. I drove up to look at the car, loved it, it was everything I wanted. So, I called Mohammad he ended up being at the dealership, and I told him the price I was looking for and that I had other vehicles to also look at. He stated he was able to get that price no problem. Later that night after getting preapproved through 1 the dealership and 2 the finance company I went through I called Mohammed. He then was texting me asking for pay stubs and license and told me to come up the next day for the car. I asked AGAIN if the price was where I wanted because I didn't want to waste my time driving up there and wasting time. He stated he could get the deal done I just had to be at the dealership. I go there the next day, he proceeds to run my credit through 12 different banks, all telling me he couldn't get it to work (I was already pre approved through financing) he then says that I need a co-sign and that he's fasting so he was not able to truly focus. He also comes back with a different price 1,200 over what I was asking and a $100 off of the vehicle. So I called my finance company they stated there is nothing wrong on their end and they needed nothing. So he ran my credit for nothing :). Later, I called and spoke with the manager of used car sales Dan, he defended his sales man and proceeded to belittle and act rude toward me and I had to correct him, not once not twice but three times on how to treat a customer. Then I call and ask to speak with a different sales person. The next day I receive a call from a man named Marc (who was AMAZING). I drove up to the dealership again, spoke with Marc and the General Manager Mark. Mohammad then proceeded to try and take the sale AGAIN. I kindly told him I DID NOT want him as my sales man. Marc took my preapproved financing, got me my car at a lesser price than I was originally asked for and made sure it was gassed up and cleaned out. Marc was the only reason my car buy was a success because he was thoughtful, experienced and knew what he was doing. If you ever need a car PLEASE go to Marc he will take the time to get you what you want at the right price and it will be a smooth sale! AVOID MOHAMMAD ALBUAYDI, he was horrible, disrespectful and has next to no experience on what he's doing. More
