Engine Light Took my vehicle in for a diagnostic when the engine light came on. Was told what the problem was and what the price would be to fix it. This is the second service I've gotten done at this dealer because I'm not comfortable letting a neighborhood shop work on my vehicle when it concerns anything associated with the engine...however the cost of parts not so bad each time, but the cost of labor is outrageous! It would maybe help if they would show you where the problem is then explain what it's going to take to fix it but they expect you to take their word for it, I believe especially when it comes to women. We have no idea how they determine the cost of service on individual repairs. No complaints concerning staff... always courteous and friendly More

Terrible service I had an oil change done June 2, 2019 and I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours because no one had told me my car was ready. I just so happened got up I had an oil change done June 2, 2019 and I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours because no one had told me my car was ready. I just so happened got up and asked how much longer I have before my vehicle is done and it was done for two hours and no one told me anything. I wasted 4 hours of my time. I also asked for a tire rotation that didnt get done. My visit feels like a total waste of time. I will never visit this place again. More
