took car in for leak in coolant system, they replaced water hose and clamp (I hope) during the repair process mechanic stripped bleeder nut and broke the air intake temp monitor clamp, mechanic just push water hose and clamp (I hope) during the repair process mechanic stripped bleeder nut and broke the air intake temp monitor clamp, mechanic just push monitor back in place without the holding clamp, wanted to change me an additional $800 for a new water pump, because they couldn't bleed the air out of the coolant system because mechanic couldn't get the bleeder nut off that he just stripped. Asked for a refund and their service manager Mark stated "we ain't given you a refund and get your car towed off the property" 2006 chrysler 300 srt8 More
