I visited this dealership looking for good pre-owned truck. When I met Vance he approached me with a fun and laid back demeanor. Worst Experience we have ever had buying a used vehicle. The finance manager was very rude and too busy with his "own customer" to take care of us when we arrived. The weather was terrible and they knew we would be there by 3pm and they weren't even ready for us and the truck wasn't ready either. Don't get me wrong we got a good deal on the price.... they must have known already the money that was needed to fix the truck. But I guess that goes to prove "you get what you pay for" sometimes. Definitely not good service with that price! We have had the truck for 23 days and are already having to drop tons of savings into this truck. A 2008 FORD F350 DIESEL. Should have been checked out better by the dealership and we should have been informed of any issues. That way we could have made our decision from there. We called the dealer to see what could be done. They said they have no money for the deal and that basically didn't really care because it was used. I am sorry they feel this way and I do honestly believe that they don't care about customer service!!! I have never felt so cheated in my life and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone! Just remember word of mouth goes a long way! More
