Since I live just a mile north of Soerens, such proximity affords rapid shuttling between us. However, they did not recalibrate the tire pressure sensor, rendering tire readings 6 pounds difference. Tyler is the reason I go to Soerens Ford for service! A couple of weeks ago I brought my car in for a grease and oil change. At that time I was told I needed new brakes and the rear driver's side b A couple of weeks ago I brought my car in for a grease and oil change. At that time I was told I needed new brakes and the rear driver's side brake was worn more than the others and needed to bring it back to be checked for potential caliper issue as well as brake replacement. I called Tyler and made the appointment to have my brakes replaced and checked for the uneven wearing. Fortunately for me, whomever reviewed my car two weeks ago was wrong and there was no issue with my brakes! However, it wasted the technician's valuable time. Tyler was extremely kind as always and didn't charge me for the time to check my car. His integrity and always having the customer's best interest in mind is why I go to Soerens Ford.
