My son had my car towed to Sommer's due to a very unusual problem. Everything was explained to him and I am grateful that Summer's was able to solve my issue. I brought my 2025 Outback Wilderness which I bought from a different dealer for service. The dealer I purchased the car from couldn't manage to install two decorative trim stickers to the car so I do not t a different dealer for service. So, I came to Sommer's for the vehicle's first service. They said they like to include the full sized spare into the mix when they rotate tires. First time I've heard of this, but I said, "fine." Unfortunately, 10 miles down the road after leaving the dealership my TPMS system errored. I did not have time to run back to the dealer to figure out what they did wrong that day so I had to schedule a second visit. Even though they offered me a free oil change the next time I came back, if you can't manage an oil change and tire rotation I will not come back. I bought this car for my daughters (19 and 16) to use because of Subaru's safety record. Sommer's did not give me a safe feeling after I went there. Will drive to Bergstrom Subaru in Oshkosh instead. More
