Bought a used vehicle there. Seemed clean and trouble free as I took it for a quick drive. After the purchase I got 30 minutes down the road and the egine started to seriously knock. Called the sales manager to be informed in no way was money to be returned and I bought it as is. I even got the comment: "It goes down the road doesn't it?" I made the point that used doesn't mean trouble free but a bad engine? I drive rather reserved thats why I bought a large american car. After much debate he was willing to trade in on over priced junk of even worse value and I would have to pay their fees all over again.I left in disgust and the engine totally went after a short time. After talking to others I could not find a single person with a positive thing to say about them. lesson learned. This same family/group also owns other dealers like Northstar ford. Lesson learned.
