I dropped my car off January 17, 2021. I called at the end of the first week and was told they have not got to it yet. Another week had passed and I got the same answer. Week three I was told it needed a end of the first week and was told they have not got to it yet. Another week had passed and I got the same answer. Week three I was told it needed a motor. No communication during the time of the service and after all of that they had the gall to tell me I owed them a service fee. I asked what work was done. Just a diagnosis of listening. I had to explain after keeping my car for over two week and me having to rent a car. You tell me I owe you for doing nothing but listening to it and saying, you need a motor. Terrible service by this dealership. I would not recommend them to anyone. After all was said, she reluctantanly waived the diagnostic fee. My recommendation is to run.. More
