They called us 2 days later to sign “electronical papers” so we went in and signed those everything was just great paid 2,500 down with NO TRADE. April 16th comes around and still no title in the mail so we went up there and they said well the bank wants your trade. We said we didn’t trade anything in we put 2,500 down after arguing for an hour they finally said We got it figured out your title will be in the mail no worries. They gave us new paper tag. 2 weeks later 45 days after buying this car they call and say we need your trade for financing. HERE WE GO AGAIN. SHADY. Terrible buisness So after all of the they rolled the deal back and now we are left without a vehicle and have no co-signer now. THIS PLACE IS SHADY. They told us and I quote “we do this all the time” More

I give them a zero star. They are definitely shady. They have vehicle's with hail damage. They want to "work the deal", put you "in the system" before you see a vehicle. Pushy Big Red is pushy and condescending. They keep your keys so you can't leave without talking to one of their managers (MULTIPLE TIMES). They say they' Big Red is pushy and condescending. They talk down on other dealerships, which is expected, but not to the degree they do it. They do not take no for an answer. They basically legally trick you into buying NEW cars no matter if you go into buy a used car or just to test drive. I've bought from them before and the car was a total flop. I was young, and looking back on it, I see that they tricked me into it by not giving me all the information and taking advantage of my naivety.
