Good Saleswoman I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in on line. The on-line specialist contacted me right away to set up a time for me to inspect and drive I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in on line. The on-line specialist contacted me right away to set up a time for me to inspect and drive the vehicle I was interested in buying. The on-line Specialist referred me to Mollie a saleswoman whom assisted me from there. I ended up buying the vehicle. Mollie went above and beyond the call of duty. I came by myself and as a favor she drove the vehicle I bought to my home while another person followed her so she would have a ride back to the dealership. I appreciate her professionalism and the time she took with me. I gave 4 stars for the professionalism, However, I do think the dealership needs to updated and cleaned up a bit. More

Good sales dept, poor everything else Traded in my car for a 2018 Silverado. The truck was priced competitively and Jennifer in sales was great. However, the man in finance was very rude to the girls working in finance. I traded my vehicle in over three weeks ago and they still haven’t sent my payoff to my bank. I know it can take up to 30 days but I have never had a dealership take more than a week or so to send my payoff. On top of that, I drove all the way from Stillwater to do business with them and got in the truck to the tank on E and they would not fill it up for me. Nor had the truck had a recent oil change. Not very impressed with the professionalism of the finance dept. or customer service. More

Worst Experience! This has been the worst experience dealing with an unprofessional dealership. We had been talking to them about a pre-owned pickup for two weeks. This has been the worst experience dealing with an unprofessional dealership. We had been talking to them about a pre-owned pickup for two weeks. We decided to drive to Norman to see the vehicle and test drive it. We called ten minutes before we arrived to make sure the vehicle was still available and was assured that it was. When we arrived, we were greeted by the salesman Rich. He was very nice and knowledeable about the 4x4 truck. We took it out for a test drive and I was very interested in the truck but didn't want to sign a contract until my son who is a mechanic was able to look the vehicle over. When I explained this to Rich, Scott came over. He said he was the Assistant Sales Manager. I explained to him that I was willing to commit to the truck but wanted to have my son look it over. Scott became arrogant with me, speaking to me as though I didn't undestand I would be purchasing a used vehicle sold AS IS. I explained to him it was my choice to have it looked at by a mechanic whether the vehicle was at an self proclaimed reputable dealership or with a buy here pay here lot. He then proceeded to pressure sell me by saying another couple was "on their to purchase" the vehicle and had been pre-approved. A reputable dealership and sales team will pull the vehicle from the lot for the "pre-approved" couple not sell it to someone that shows up before they arrive. If this is how they are willing to treat me? How will they treat you? I do not in anyway recommend purchasing anything from this dealership for the simple fact of how they treat you before the sale. Can you be sure they will honor any promises made after they sale? I am not willing to take that chance and neither should you!! More

No pressure, good selection I went to look at a car i had seen on the internet, but the car had a code so they couldn't sell it. The saleswoman was honest about the problem and o I went to look at a car i had seen on the internet, but the car had a code so they couldn't sell it. The saleswoman was honest about the problem and offered to show me other vehicles. They had a nice selection of vehicles with the features and price I wanted. I ended up buying a nicer newer car with less miles that was still within my budget. I never felt pressured, which I appreciated, because i will walk away from high pressure sales. Their detailer was fixing a problem with some equipment, but they offered a free detailing to make up for it. More
