Standard 6,000 mile service and treated like a king! I can't get over how amazing the service has been at South Bay BMW from the time I first drove in looking for a car, to the follow up service appointm I can't get over how amazing the service has been at South Bay BMW from the time I first drove in looking for a car, to the follow up service appointments. I had my second service over the weekend and it's been exceptional. They gave me a rental car and from drop off to on my way was less than 20 minutes, and my car was clean and ready by the time I was out of my yoga class. I can't recommend this dealership enough from the purchase experience through the ongoing service needs. Keep up the great work! More
